Good sized rooms with a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe. Very very good stay, large bedroom, late check-out. The excellent and competent staff working throughout the hotel. Location not far from a shopping mall, the subway station and a supermaket and Portello and Corso Vercelli shopping areas.

The room was very spacious and had a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom; check-in was fast, and there was on-site parking available.

The staff is the best that the hotel has, they solve all the questions and problems at any time of the day, everyone speaks decent English, there is an administrator from Russia, so that in Russian too. The location is convenient only for those who come to the congress (10 minutes walk to the congress center), there is everything you need including a new shopping center with Carrefour, but in the city center you have to take the subway. The room is spacious enough.
Sound insulation in the rooms is absent as a fact: perfectly smooth thin walls and floors, you can hear not only footsteps and voices, but also as in the next room, click the switch, put the remote from the TV on the table. A family with children in the next room ensures that there is no chance of sleeping at all before an early performance. There's no safe in the room. There is no ventilation, but there is a second door to the balcony right in front of the toilet. During the cold season, condensation flows through it, creating puddles on the floor. Heating is only switched on at night (the temperature may be lower and about zero and is rare for Milan, but it is necessary to adapt somehow), during the day in the room you can only warm up with air conditioning. Breakfast is terrible - chemical concentrate instead of juice, inedible likeness of an omelette in portions from a matchbox, eggs cooked in a few days ago. The beds are uncomfortable - very soft mattresses with a "pit" in the center.

We stayed for one night in August 2019 in a nice and clean double room. Also the bathroom was nice and clean and big, only a ventilation was missing here, so that the humidity and heat didn't get into the room (we two little girls couldn't open the windows in the bathroom, because the windows were too far up). There was a well working air conditioning in the room and enough space for our luggage. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was also good, on request we even got soya milk and other gluten-free stuff. Great value for money, for almost 70€ in Milan, in a top location (with the nearby metro we were in the city at the cathedral in 14 min). But you have to pay attention to the tourist tax of 4€ per person and probably per day. This will be added to the final amount when checking out.
The parking place in the underground car park was with 20€ relatively expensive, if we would have been there longer we would have had to think about something else.

The hotel is in the residential area, quiet and a safe environment. I was able to walk to the supermarket in a few minutes. And the best thing was the convenience because it is near by the subway station, easy to reach the city center. The multilingual staffs were wonderful. It was reasonable cost.
The equipment was old. There was an trouble at shower, control of temperature was difficult, and didn't work in the morning. The sound of next room was noisy.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. There was a good continental breakfast and the hotel was open all night as was the bar. - always usful to know even if not used!
The bath room could have benefitted with a minor make over and the shutter in bedroom wouldn't go up. The bedrooms were basic and the bedspread really needed new bedspreads but otherwise, for the price and location it was excellent.

The employes there were very friendly. The reception did a good job. You are very fast in the city with the metro and you reach the metro station in 2minutes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, also the room service was good. For breakfast was a big buffet there. If you're arriving with your car, you'll have your own car box. It was a very nice stay and i very recommand this hotel!
For the wi-fi, you have to pay. That can't be for such a good hotel.
